NHOMLAO
What it is: Makeshift refugee camp.
Who it serves: When South Sudan received independence, the Northern Arabs (Sudan) cast out the Africans, driving them South. These families who’d lived in the North hundreds of years were made homeless with few possessions
What's still needed: More classrooms, the population continues to grow; toilets, boreholes (water), solar power (plus generator) and a Health Clinic with staff.
